On 10/02/08, the Roger hearing had taken for 4 hours in Mass General Hospital, Blake 11.
The hospital refused to offer Li a Chinese doctor for evaluation, but the hospital insisted on that Li suffered delusional disorder because of Li's belief that she was harassed in Raytheon and suffered injustice in US court system. Li gained a civil commitment.
Li notified to sue the hospital for discrimination for not having a Chiense psychiatrist. The hospital then sent Dr. Albert Yeung (from Harvard Medical School) who evaluated Li with her mother language (Mandarin). Dr. Yeung diagnosed that Li had no psychosis symptom. However, the hospital only adopted Caucasian psychiatrist Renee Sorrentino's opinion, and gained second court order on October 23, 2008 to force Li to take medicine.
On November 4, 2008, the hospital accused Li of discriminating against others because Li requested letting a black nurse come into her treatment group.
Li was discharged on November 7, 2008. Although in fact she did not take the medication (she dropped out the medication from mouth each time after the nurse left), the hospital concluded that Li's "symptom" vastly improved because of the medication.
